What is bruxism?
It is the subconscious grinding and clenching of teeth. The forces generated on the tooth surfaces of bruxism sufferers can be up to ten times greater than during normal conscious biting, for example, when eating. Our teeth are not adapted to such loads as a result of which serious injuries and even irreversible changes in the oral cavity or skull can occur.
It is estimated that as much as 15% of the population is affected by bruxism.
Causes:
This problem mainly affects people exposed to harmful factors such as stress, genetic predisposition, neurosis, malocclusion, poorly made fillings, dental cavities and even daily habits that may have contributed to unconditional teeth grinding such as chewing gum or biting nails.

Designed for patients with moderate to severe bruxism. For people who grind their teeth and they are visibly abraded.
The surface that rests on the teeth is made of a rubber material, while the outside is made of a hard dental material that will effectively protect against abrasion.
Hard night guard
Designed for patients with severe bruxism. Made of special dental acrylic.
Please do not choose a hard night guard in case this is the first individual night guard you will wear.
Soft rails are made transparent with a thickness of about 3mm.

Taking an impression is very easy and everyone can handle it without any problems. The impression mass, similar to plasticine has to be put into a mold and then applied to the teeth. The whole process takes less than 5min.
